Join us at 5pm on Monday 8th July for an Olympics Opening Ceremony + AGM – We will celebrate the distance travelled and funds raised. Bring your own picnic and enjoy games on the school field led by Future Games.

From 5pm there will be a selfie stand, a colouring station, professional Face painting by Jubi from Painted Pretties and we will be selling ice creams and lollies!

The Future Games will provide free Olympia themed games with inflatables!

At 5:30pm we will hold our PTA Annual General Meeting for 20-30 minutes where we will vote our committee members for next year, go over what we have achieved this year and what we have in the pipeline for next year. Everyone is welcome to put themselves forward to join the commitee.

At 6pm the Breakdance group from Fundamentalz Gen Z will delight us with a fantastic performance.

At 6:30pm the children who wish to participate, will walk with our Mascot in a Fancy dress parade (come dressed as your favourite country or athlete)

Please bring your own picnic. Responsible consumption of own alcohol permitted. 

Torchie the mascot will also be available in the photo call so children can have their picture taken with him! (He will also hand out the children’s medals at assembly)

There will be 3 prizes for the best costumes!
